As 2023 comes to a close, we take some time for self-reflection. We are so grateful for all we have learned from you – individuals and communities who have shared so generously with us about ways to engage in advance care planning conversations. Below are some of the resources and materials we produced or were involved in creating across 2023 to support conversations in your personal, social, and community spheres of influence based on lessons learned.
We include some of our audience favorites of 2023. What were your favorites? What would you like to see in 2024? Please share in the comments section at the end!
