Louisville-based Humana has created the app called “MyDirectives Mobile.”It’s a mobile-based living and planning app right at your fingertips.

It allows Humana customers belonging to the Medicare Advantage plans to create, update, and personalize a living will all on your phone.In an emergency, a doctor or family member could access records, even if the phone is locked, that way they can figure out what to do even if the patient can’t talk or communicate.

It’s only available now in the Apple’s App Store.
