Americans predominantly say they want to die at home, yet more than 70 percent die in hospitals instead. And according to data from the CDC, more than half of us have not communicated our end-of-life wishes in any way at all. Joy Cardin’s guest says it’s crucial, if difficult, to have these conversations about death and dying, and discusses how we can get started on doing so.
