I joined the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) during the beginning of the pandemic in July of 2020 and have had the pleasure of working with The Conversation Project (TCP) team from the end of 2023. I have learned so much about myself, my family and my friends using the Starter Guides in my community. Conversations about what matters to people are so important and I’m excited to play a role in helping people have those conversations. On the TCP team I’m responsible for managing budgets and using analytics to evaluate TCP’s public engagement work, community partnerships, and digital resources. Shubhi has an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health.
