I created Meaningful Life a year ago as a free community resource to help individuals and groups to have the conversation about Advance Care Planning and end-of-life care. I work with health systems, employers and employees, churches, individuals, senior living organizations and share resources, time, notary services, etc. I have been certified by Respecting Choices in Advance Care Planning. I am a current board member of the Gateway End-of-Life Coalition and am a facilitator for The Conversation Project sessions conducted in collaboration with the St Louis County Library System. In my year of operation I have spoken to over 1,000 individuals and shared resources.

I use The Conversation Starter Kit in all my presentations, The Don’t Panic letter, sometimes incorporate the short videos and always send folks to the website. As I mentioned above I also do The Conversation Project programs as a facilitator with Gateway EOL Coalition at the St Louis County Library System throughout the year. I get the newsletters and use your resources to formulate my messages.
