I have no story other than I am a nurse and so aware of what happens to someone that has no written directions as to how they want the end of their life to go.

I have broached this subject with my parents several times over the past few years but they refuse to discuss it. I have told them what I have seen and explained that I just want to make sure I honor their wishes but they are not having it!
