Let’s Catch Up – What have you been up to? Conversation Project Community Call

Posted on 05/17/2016

We’ve been busy this month and know you have too!

On tomorrow’s Conversation Project Community Call we’ll share updates from our team and open the forum to learn more about the efforts underway in your region.

Here is what we’ve got on deck:

  • We’ll talk about our partnership with StoryCorps and share best practices on how you can use the new mobile application to capture personal stories in your region
  • We’ll share news updates from last month’s National Healthcare Decisions Day celebration with Death Over Dinner
  • We’ll also offer a sneak peek of our new one page guide for billing and coding questions related to the CMS reimbursement changes
  • Additionally, we’ll introduce the newest the resource in our collection – the Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia Starter Kit – now available for download. We’ll talk about the creation of this tool and share stories from the field that prompted TCP officials to respond with a new guide specifically for the Alzheimer and dementia community. We’ll also facilitate a conversation about the types of questions you hear from patients or loved ones with dementia in your community work.

Then we’ll turn the spotlight over to you – what have you been working on? How have you been using some of the TCP’s tools? What new resources have you created?

Join us on Wednesday, May 18 at 3 p.m. ET to hear updates from us, share some of your own, and talk about possible ways to use this new Conversation Starter Kit in your community.
